Japanese term or phrase: 原告には見るべき現預金がなく

I'm not sure of the translation of 原告には見るべき, or for that matter, 現預金.
I presume the latter is 現預金?
And how would one translate the former?

Probably 「見るべき」 here means the above.
I would use 'tangible(目に見える、有形、具体的な）' as a word equivalent to this term.

Probably, '現預金'means ’現金預金'　’cash on hand and in banks’.
Also I think cash and deposits as nekonote-san suggests and
cash-equivalent as Detate-san suggests are correct.

「見るべき」means 「はっきり見える」 as the dictionary shows、namely, 「具体的、有形」、I believe.

nekonoteさんが、「有形」は法律用語では違うとか、仰っていますが、実際「見るべき」というのは、上記に挙げているように、「それとはっきりみえるような」という意味も実際あります。　「みるべき」はきちんと辞書で調べて「有形」としているのであり、またtangibleは法律でも良く出てきます。　上記にもあげています。　cinefilさんがあげている「みるべきはavailableのことではないでしょうか」は彼の推測であり、辞書にはありません。　的外れとも思っておりませんが。　nekonoteさんが「形として見える」とは意味が違うのは確かでしたので」と仰ってますが、私も辞書できちんと調べ、tangibleも法律で使われている用語であることを確信して載せています。　
間違った答えではありませんので宜しくお願いします。

tangible：[法律]有形の、有体の
見るべき：「特にそれとはっきり見えるような」
他に「みるべき」には、「必見の」、「見る値打ちがあるほどすぐれているさま」という
意味がありますが、ここでは当てはまりません。

私もtangibleは「具体的」という意味で使ったんですけれど、「見る」は「価値がある」という意味もあれば、具体的という意味もありますのでそう理解していただくとありがたいです。

I mostly agree with Mr. Tatsuo Detake's answer, but just could not agree with mentioning just cash (of course, it was not good enough to disagree either. So I decided to post as another possible answer...although it's more like suggestion). I believe 現預金 means both cash and deposits, and also securities (and/or portfolio) could be even counted.

I presumed the plaintiff might not have any asset left.

「見るべき」の意味は、availableという事ではないでしょうか？
