ある会社（鉄鋼製品などの輸出を専門とする会社）の銀行預金通帳の詳細を訳しているのですが、金額を引き出し（Withdrawal）してある欄の説明に「シヨウショカシツケ」カタカナで書かれています。預金通帳の中の各取引の詳細がこのようにカタカナで書かれることはよくあることですが、この場合、「仕様書貸付」ということでしょうか？
英訳するとどうなるのでしょうか？

融資に際し、借用証書を徴求する貸付方法で、法律的には手形貸付（loan bybill）と同様の金銭消費貸借である。抵当権設定契約証書作成を要する不動産担保貸付や手形の徴求が困難な地方公共団体に対す貸付、船舶抵当貸付、住宅ローン等、一般に長期資金に供給する場合に、用いられる。

証書貸付というのは、融資に際して、借用証書（金銭消費貸借契約書）を徴求する貸付方法のことです。

この証書貸付は、法律的には手形貸付と同様の金銭消費貸借です。

証書貸付が利用されるのは？
証書貸付は、次のような一般に長期資金を供給する場合に用いられます。
