Japanese term or phrase: ギンギンバリバリズガン
In a fight scene in a manga. That's the whole sentence. In the previous cell, two characters have just kidnapped a third character to hold as hostage so that the fourth character won't beat them up. The fourth character is the one who says ギンギンバリバリズガン.

Explanation:
ギンギンとかバリバリは意気を示す言葉で、この4th character がPumped upされているとういことかと。

英語はもっとノリのよいものがあれば、それでもいいかと思います。

Well, well. Clever! Super-duper darned clever!

Explanation:
--- Below are some individually broken down definitions.
--- However, since this is manga, it's a phrase/word with a life of its own. (It's manga talk!)
--- From your brief description of what's happening, I think the fourth character is pretty surprised at the turn of events.
--- Sometimes, I use the transliteration of the Japanese (though rarely). And, in this case, “gingin-baribari-zugan” would be pretty strange to an English reader (unless it’s some crazy wizard’s magic chant or an unusual sound effect).
