Asker: Cinefilさん、いつもありがとうございます。The Japan TimesをFavouriteサイトに入れました。しかしこのLay judges, potential Jurorsともde facto jurorsともこの記事の中で言っているようですが、JuroRは陪審員と辞書には載っていますが、今回の日本の裁判員というのは陪審員とおなじ、と考えていいのでしょうか。また、このお知らせを受け取っても拒否する人がいるわけですからこれはcandidatesと把握しましたが、それでいいのでしょうか。ちょっと判断がつきかねます。。。

本当に助かります。しかし何ですね、やはりJurorに似たものですよね。
