I'm too absent minded today. In this context I would translate it to something like "Are inspection schedules, etc. clear?" or something similar.

disagree  casey: You have to have at least two items in a list before you can use etc. This usage is common in Japan, but it is technically incorrect. // I see it all the time, too. Even native speakers who have lived in Japan a long time use it this way.
