根譲渡担保は民法で定められていない非典型担保ということなので､法令データベースでは見つけられませんでした。判例法上認められた慣習的なものなので､英語訳が存在するかどうかすらわかりません｡恐らく個別の事由から内容に対応した訳語を作り､内容の説明を添えるのが良いと思われます。
