Japanese to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Law: Contract(s) | | Japanese term or phrase: 正当に制約なしに | 受領者が、譲渡もしくは開示の権利を有する第三者から、正当に制約なしに、過去に入手しまたは今後入手する情報
This is in a confidentiality agreement, in a list of information that is *NOT* to be considered confidential.
Just to be clear, are they saying 'with no constraints on legality'? Basically, as long as the 3rd party had the right to transfer or disclose the info, it doesn't matter if the receiver got the information illegally or legally from the 3rd party?
I thought it sounded odd.
Thanks in advance. |
