Japanese to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) | | Japanese term or phrase: 株式根質権者、株式根質権設定者 | I am translating a contract which has the purpose of defining rights and duties of the parties involved in the operation of a city's water purification plant. These parties are the city's waterworks dept, the plant's operator and investing companies.
In an article on 株式担保, the waterworks dept is defined as 株式根質権者 and the investing companies as 株式根質権設定者 (I have seen that 根質権 by itself is translated as "revolving pledge"). How would you translate these two terms?
Please ask if you need more context. Thank you in advance! |
