Japanese term or phrase: 購入品品質保証協定書

例えば、A社がB社より購入した原材料につき、その品質に関わる責任をB社が負うということをB社が同意のもとA社とB社の社間で結ばれる協定書です。Quality Assurance Agreementでいいような気がするのですが、やはり「購入品」という表現がタイトルに必要なのではという意見もありまして、どなたかご存知の方がいたら教えてください。

It is an agreement to be concluded between Company A and Company B that Company B bear responsibility regarding the quality assurance of products they sell to Company A. Personally, I think "Quality Assurance Agreement" will do as is, but some says that a phrase for "purchased goods" should be added to the title of the agreement. I appreciate your help.

Products という感じになるのでしょうか？
