Explanation:
「信託人」は「被信託人＝受託人（受託者・保管人）= trustee」の誤りでしょう。信託（ある者のために他の者に金銭・財産もしくは財産権を預けること）を設定する場合、委託者、受託者、そして受益者の関係が築かれます。この関係では、一定の金銭・財産や財産権が委託者から受託者に移転し、受託者は一定の目的に従い受益者のためにそうした金銭・財産や権利を管理・処分することになります。また、管財人は「receiver、trustee、administrator」と称されることもありますが、この場合は、「信託管理人（受益者が特定されていない場合に受益者を保護するため、受託者を監督するのに選任される者）」のことである可能性大です。

agree  caitlinssj: Yes I agree, it does change according to context, but generally, if you translate it as administrator or manager should be alright. Basically it just means the person who's in charge of the trust if he/she is different from the trustee.
