◇ 追記： Thank you for your teaching, cinefil-san. 「公表特許公報」は、「公開特許公報」と同じ体裁をしていますが、番号が50万台以降である点が異なります。一般論として特許に関する公報は、「公開公報」と「特許公報」に大別されますが、日本の場合、発行される公報の種類が多く、各々を正確に判別できるよう英語で表記しなければなりません。公報類としては、「公開特許公報、公告特許公報、特許公報、公表特許公報、再公表特許公報、公開実用新案公報、公告実用新案公報、登録実用新案公報」などがあり、年度と番号の表記にあたっても同様に見分けがつくように英訳しなければなりません。また、公開される時期や条件も、各国の特許制度や法規により異なっていたり、改正により変更されたりという複雑な事情があります。ちなみに公告公報と公開公報も、審査前あるいは審査後か審査済みかの違いによって異なるものです。また、途中で補正手続きがなされることがあるため、公開公報と特許公報は内容が同じであることもあれば、多少異なっていることもあります。よく勉強なさってくださいね。
