Once again, a very lovely piece of phrasing from this JFTC ruling, that I am trying to untwist. I'd appreciate anyhelp on what this last part of the phrase could mean. Here is the entire paragraph. また，審査官が直接契約と間接契約との機能上の差異として強調するリカバリーディスクの有無やプロダクトアクティベーションにおけるその他の差異は，いずれも軽微な差異であり，現に，当該差異は，直接契約を通じ調達したウィンドウズシリーズを搭載するパソコンの広告等において，機能上の長所として消費者に対し訴求されたことがない。

長いので全部は訳しませんが、
「審査官が直接契約と間接契約との機能上の差異として強調するリカバリーディスクの有無 and プロダクトアクティベーションにおけるその他の差異 are both slight in its distinction. To prove this, apparently the related distinctions have never been appealing selling points as functional properties to the customers in the advertisement of PCs with 直接契約を通じ調達したウィンドウズシリーズ」
ということでしょう。
