In companies, I worked for . . . 12:50 Sep 11, 2009
Japanese companies seemed to have the following categories of people: Directors ― nominated and approved by shareholders, who meet only once a month; Officers ― employed by the company, who work full-time for the company, managing day-to-day operation, consisting of a president, senior managing directors, etc. ; Regular employees ― general managers, and other employees. Am I correct? And in American corporations, do "Employees" include directors, officers, and regular employees? That is my original question. Sorry I was not clear enough. |
