《訴訟》a (law) suit; an action; 《告訴》an accusation by a third party


Explanation:
訴外○○」とは、例えば、AがBを相手として100万円の支払いを求める裁判で、その原因は、例えば、原告(A)は疎外Cから年月日債権譲渡を受けた。よって、原告(A)は被告(B)に100万円の支払いを求める。
と云うようにAでもなくBでもない(当事者でない)者が訴状で出てきたときに用います。
or:
 訴外は,その事件の当事者,代理人,参加人など,その事件の手続に参加している者以外の者につけることになりますが,必ずしもつけなければならないわけではなく,当事者が準備書面を出す時に,間違えないように書く,裁判官が判決を書く時に,同様に当事者などと混同しないように書く,という程度のことです。

 訴外がついていようがいまいが,判決の内容には何の違いもありません。
