Japanese to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Marketing / Market Research | | Japanese term or phrase: 着地見込み | This phrase is in one of the columns of a table showing a company's operating expenses. "Forecast" should probably do for 見込み, but 着地 (which literally means "landing") used in conjunction with 見込み, I am not sure how to translate. It appears to be a common jargon among salespeople. One blog written by a salesperson cited "本社にいて悩ましいのは、現場から送られてくる着地見込み月初の計画に対して、どこで着地するのか?"

"Achievement forecast" is my current guess. Anyone has a better idea? Thanks! |
