Japanese term or phrase: 二次入力値

Hi,
I'm translating a few pages of market trend presentation, and one of the slides is titled: 各目標に対する二次入力値比較（金額）. There is a bar chart, with the amount on the y-axis, and the departments, and "二次入力値" on the x-axis.

What is this slide about? I've translated 二次入力値 as secondary input value, which sounds like a program code. Is there a different term for this word for business?

Explanation:
They might need to reexamine production plans and reassess, so they modify the input and make the comparison. Thus there could be the first, second, third..... input. I think different values are used for separate production forcast scenarios.

I think, 二次 here means not "secondary", but "two-dimentional". Two-dimentional chart. Showing, e.g., how much money each department has invested in their 目標.
