Sorry, but we are supposed to be translating, not dissecting. Translating terms alone is fine, but it doesn't mean that you can always fit them in sentences like Lego blocks. Languages simply do not work that way. For example:

"How old do you feel?" results in 376,000 hits whereas "What is your inner age?" results in only 9,460 hits.

Asker: Thanks for your comment. Yep, I totally agree. But since there are two different sentences with the same meaning (I have already translated one of them as "How old do you feel?"), I chose to be more faithful to the source for this one for the sake of differentiation and add a comment for the client. It is up to the client to chose what they really want.

neutral  Geraldine Oudin: How old do you feel you are? is the obvious answer. However, the asker asked for an alternate expression, that is what we have to give her

  -> It would have been more helpful if the asker told us why she wanted to fix what is not broken. Also, all we really "have" to do in life is pay our taxes and die.
