Explanation:
The prefix to this term is "ethylenebi~" so the term you query might be eg "stearoamide" since ステアリン = stearin and アミン = amin. Sometimes Japanese use non-standard katakana in polymers. Googling on "ethylenebis-stearoamide" came up with the term.
