Does 吉酸 mean the same as 吉草酸 (valeric acid)?

English translation:吉草酸 (valeric acid)
Explanation:
1) Although I am not a chemist, entering 吉酸 leads you straight to 吉草酸 (valeric acid). As an aside, I see that in Chinese valeric acid is 戊酸.
2) Also, I can't seem to find 吉酸 on its own.
3) I found one イソ吉酸 but when I entered it, it turns into イソ吉草酸.
