Japanese term or phrase: 尾鉱
得られた転炉滓の尾鉱(ズリとも言われる)に高炉滓および石灰石のそれぞれの粉砕物を混合後焼成してクリンカとする

I am guessing 尾鉱 means something like "left over (trailing) minerals" but I don't know the technical word for it.
