「診療科目別の特別な診療メニュー」という形で使われています。ミーティング資料です。宜しくお願いします。

Explanation:
"medical department" should be used for "診療科目", but, in this case, just "each department" will be enough for "診療科目別" since "medical" will be included in the translation of "診療メニュー". It seems that some (Japanese) governments use "medical department" for "診療科目".

agree  Maynard Hogg: That's what my neighborhood hospital (関東中央病院) uses. A department is a 科, not a 部. The department head, however, is a 部長.

agree  gencosmos: "Speciality services" are often listed in U.S. hospitals. "Clinics" is used at 九大病院。"Department" is used in a broader sense at several Japanese hospitals. "Speciality clinic(s)" might be an alternative.
