Consider the Nagano nursing college as an example:
http://www.nagano-nurs.ac.jp/info/index2.htm
Here the class 看護形態機能論 is a part of the overall area of 基礎看護学.
I believe 'Foundations of Nursing Practice' would be an excellent translation for 基礎看護学, but such a course clearly includes modules additional to 看護形態機能論

Thank you, Steven and everyone. All the answers and discussion are useful. This answer, however I think, is more suitable and natural as a subject name.

agree  paul_b: Maybe also "Anatomy and Physiology for Nurses" ?

-> Yes, I nearly suggested that. There are certainly a lot of textbooks with this title, but I think my suggestion is marginally more suitable as a course title.

disagree  Alisa Dolinsky, RN: In the U.S., nursing students take the same Anatomy and Physiology class as the pre-med students do. This applies to both, your average community college and universities. There is no "nursing" added to the title of the class.

-> No, but this actually appears to be a Japanese course at a Japanese university where this distinction may have relevance.

Fundamentals of Nursing (or) Foundations of Nursing Practice

Explanation:
Either one of the titles above would be appropriate in terms of the content that is being taught.

上記のDiscussionsでのdunkさんのお返事から、他の必修科目として解剖生理学がない場合は、英訳はAnatomy and Physiology で良いかと思います。
