小規模多機能型居宅介護

　小規模多機能型居宅介護とは、平成１８年４月の介護保険制度改正により創設された、地域密着型サービスのひとつです。介護が必要となった高齢者（主に認知症高齢者）が、今までの人間関係や生活環境をできるだけ維持できるよう、「通い」を中心に「訪問」「泊まり」の３つのサービス形態が一体となり、２４時間切れ間なくサービスを提供できるのがその大きな特徴です。

対象者と定員
　痴呆性高齢者による利用が中心になるが、痴呆の有無を問わず、利用可能。
（利用定員）
　１事業所あたりの登録定員　　　　　　　　　　　　　２５名以下
　「通い」の１日当たり定員　　　　　　　　　　　　概ね１５名以下
　「泊まり」の１日当たり定員　　　　　　　　　　　概ね　９名以下
