２０から３０超えたら、というのが腎障害の定義だけど、実際問題は尿タンパクがプラスマイナスとか、*じゃくよ酸*になったくらいであるのかな と言う感じです。
聞き取れないのではっきりしないのですが、この「じゃくよさん」、酸だろうと思うのですがわかりません。どなたかわかりますか？

弱陽性？
糖尿病の三大合併症として糖尿病性腎症が知られている。従来、この診断には試験紙による尿蛋白の定性検査法が広く用いられてきた。しかし、尿蛋白定性検査が陰性でも、すでに腎の組織学的変化が始まっている場合が多く、陽性が認められる頃にはかなり進行していることがまれではない。
すなわち、尿中アルブミンは、腎糸球体障害の進行に伴い尿中排泄量が増加する物質である。本検査は「尿中微量アルブミン」とも呼ばれ、試験紙法で検出される以前の軽度腎障害を判定できる利点をもつ。
アルブミンの測定法自体は30年以上前、すでに開発されていたが、近年TIA法などの簡便な測定法が実用化を見るに到った。一般に尿試験紙の感度は300μg/mL程度であるが本法では1μg/mL程度まで検出できる高感度の測定系であり、糖尿病による糸球体の病変を早期に検出することが可能である。すなわち腎症の早期発見により適切な処置を講ずれば、重度の腎障害や、透析療法への進行を遅らせることが可能と考えられる。
結果の評価に関してはアルブミン排泄率（AER; albumin excretion rate）がよく用いられる。AERはμg/min.で表わされ、通常24時間蓄尿し、それを1分当たりの量に換算することにより求められる。厚生労働省糖尿病調査研究合併症班の基準によると24時間蓄尿では15μg/min.以下が正常とされている。
なお体位や運動負荷により高値になることがあるため、採尿前に過度の運動は避ける
