I must admit I'm having trouble deciphering this whole thing. It's a comment on the efficacy of the drug (I think it should be read as one continuous comment anyway). I don't know if 血液領域 means conditions relating to the blood, or lab results for blood levels, or what. (The disease mentioned is a fungal lung infection).

「ほとんどが慢性壊死性肺アスペルギルス症で」血液領域と比べると効きにくい症例が多く、「従来のアゾールとかキャンディンではかなり長期で効いてきた症例が多かったという意味では今回の症例だけで有効かどうかの結論を出すのは難しい」

「血液”疾患”領域」で見られる他の感染症と比べると、（慢性壊死性肺アスペルギルス症には）抗菌薬があまり効かない・・・」と言いたいのかな、という印象を受けました。抗菌薬やったらNCCLS（http://www.nccls.org/）に何かヒントになりそうなことが載ってるかも・・・。思いっきりはずしていたらスミマセン。
