When describing 上側, 'superior' is often used in medical terms. So, when I tried to put "superior" and "temporal" together I came across the term "Superotemporal" which you will find in the link below.
I also tried '上耳側' and 'Superotemporal' on Google Image, I got pretty much the same sort of images.
