Japanese term or phrase: リハビリ勤務

会社員が病気などで休職期間を取り、復職する際のもので、以下のように書かれています。

社員が今すぐに復職可能と判断できない場合でも、2ヶ月以内に復職可能になると見込まれるときは、復職に向けてのリハビリ勤務を認めることがあります。

定訳はあるのでしょうか？それとも receiving rehabilitation while working などで良いのでしょうか？
ご教示ください。

リハビリ勤務は休職扱いとしてはできない
実務的には、例えば、リハビリ勤務制度（復職後1～2ヶ月程度の期間に限り、復職者に配慮した業務内容、勤務時間、その他の処遇等を定めるとともに、賃金等についても別途取り決めておく）を設けることがあります。

このリハビリ勤務も「就労」の一種である以上、対価として賃金を支払う義務が生じます。

したがって、リハビリ勤務は休職中の治療ではなく、復職したと見なされます。

復職させる場合に関しては、復職する場合、使用者が取るべき措置を参考にしてください。

リハビリ勤務中に業務上のケガを負った場合は、業務災害としてとなりますし、通勤中のケガは通勤災害の対象となります。

また、賃金を受けている以上、傷病手当金は支給されません。

リハビリ出勤〔精神疾患などによる休職者の復職プログラムの一環として行われる〕 (a) gradual return to work (as a step in rehabilitation); a gradual return-to-work program.

定訳かどうかはわかりませんが、"gradual return to work"で検索するとかなりヒットするので、それほど不自然な表現ではないと思います。

定訳があるかは分かりません。　「リハビリ勤務（出勤）」を「試し出勤」や「慣らし出勤」という意味で使われる場合も多いようですが、あくまでリハビリ期間中であり、「試し」「慣らし」を定義とすると抵抗を感じる立場の方もあるかも分かりません。
