Japanese term or phrase: 元気食欲低下

今まで二回も見当たりました。
一回目は患者のカルテの中。今回、二回目は医学の論文の中。専門家に一般に使われている気がしますが意味をどのように捉えればいいのか、困難しています。

部分的な意味なら理解していますが言葉はそのままです。「な」もなければ「、」もありません。その中の一つさえあれば・・・

結果、元気な食欲低下として意味を捉えればいいのか、それとも　
元気、食欲低下として意味を捉えればいいのか全く見当もつきません。

英訳の依頼までの迷惑はかけません。「元気な」か「元気、」さえ区別できれば大きな助けになります。宜しくお願いします。

Explanation:
確かに良く使われる表現です。　食欲低下は、decrease in 'loss of ,lack of appetite'と表現できますが、「元気低下」は表現が難しいです。　powerにも賛成してますが、上記の表現も良いのではないかと思い提案します。
元気食欲低下は両者とも低下していることで、一般的な表現を挙げていますが、「元気がない」「元気消失」は科によって違う表現もあるかもしれません。

また、
「decrease of activity level」を使っている方もいます。

This is frequently used expression to describe symptoms. 'Lack of energy' and 'loss of appetitie' are generally used, but you can choose any combination.
