Japanese to English translations [PRO]

Actually, I need the sentence in German, but I guess it's easier to find someone who translates from Japanese into English...
so...I have this clinical study about two types of insulin and in about a million sentences, this 検定するpops up and I don't really know what to do with it...
is it "evaluate" or "approve" or what is it?
For example:
「血糖コントロールマラメータ（FBG,1,5AG, グリコアルブミン）は、変化度（投与終了時-投与開始時）のデータを用いて郡内前後比較および群間比較をそれぞれSigned Rank検定およびWilcoxon検定により検定した。また、7日間FBG（来院前２週間のうち、直近7日の朝食前FBGの平均値を算だしたものを用いた）1日7時点血糖値に対し基礎統計量を求め95％信頼区間を算出した。」
