「21世紀型医療」は直訳すると21st century-type medical careになりますが
読み手にはこれが何のことかわからないのではと思い
厚生労働省のサイトで事業の概要を確認しましたら
Randi SimonsさんがおっしゃるようにInnovationを使用した方が
ニュアンスが伝わりやすいかなとも思いました。
