extension straight, straight extension
Explanation:
In continous text, it is a bit awkward to see the two words in this order "extension straight", but there are possible explanations for this.

Case 1. It is possible that part of the text (or this particular part's name) was originally in English such as "Extension, straight *size*", or the comma may be omitted. They just put it in katakana for the Japanese version. In this case, it would probably be OK to use "straight extension", or extension (straight), although the paranthesis does not work very well in the middle of a sentence.

Case 2. The point is to make the clear distinction between a flute or a joint or something that is straight, but it could either be extension-type (hard) or flexing-type (can bend).

"The only text I could find on the net where "extension straight" was used in a sentence in this order, was this:
"I was issued four new 2" shank Sonnet bull nose adaptors for a special close tolerence job on a Gray 4 head planer mill. There was a lot of stock to rough off using "corncob" roughing endmills then finishing with extension straight flute and some formed cutters. "
