11 mins starting to fall/stumble.

'korobi' is a conjugated form of 'korobu' which means to fall or stumble.

'kakete imasu' is from the word 'kakeru' which literally means to apply or put on. Adding this suffix modifies the verb preceding it, so the phrase means to start/initiate a stumble or fall.

is about to fall (tumble) down

There should be a subject word explaining who is about to fall down, before 'wa(is)'. 'Korobi' is a form of 'korobu', which means to fall down, as when you trip on a rock, or sometimes in a broader sense, as to move in one direction, or to shift one's thoughts or religion to something new. 'Kakeru' is used after a verb, and means that one is about to do, or almost doing, what the verb indicates.

is falling over

The phrase 'kakete iru' means the person is already half in that action.

So, I think using 'be + ing' tense is more appropriate here.

Hope it helps - good luck with your studies!
