I'm having trouble parsing this sentence.

This appears on standards regulating what needs to be displayed on rubber used in public water works.

In a list of items to display, it reads:

注意（６）:　呼び径とは、適用する呼び径をいい、弁棒用Oリングなど呼び径と対応しないものには適用しない。

...this is probably really obvious and simple, but it's evading me.
