日本では「税番号」を「マイナンバー」と称するそうですが、これを直訳したものが一般に理解されるかどうか疑問です。英語では ”a taxpayer identification number” （米国で使われる個人の納税者番号）または "a national identification number" （その他の国で使われる納税その他のための番号）と言われます。オーストラリアでは a tax file number だとか聞いたこともあります。例えば、taxpayer identification number, so-called My Number と表記する方法があるかと思います。
