As for 個として全, I don't think there is any difference, it has the same meaning: one as all, part as whole.

Asker: Thank you. I'm sorry not to have clarified the latter half of my question very well. Though it does seem to be merely semantics, the artist did intend for some kind of difference.
Reference information: もとはヘン、カイ、パン (Hen Kai Pan, one and all、一にして全）という古代ギリシャ哲学、クセノファネスの言葉ですが、その後、キリスト教系の哲学の中で様々に用いられるモチーフとなりました。その様々ぶりは哲学論文になりますので、割愛（笑）。その様々ぶりが英語でどうなるか、というのもおそらく極めて多様です。用者の込める意味が英語での表現を左右します。

お聞きしている限りでは、直感的には
「個として全: From me to all」とかが正直でいい響きだと思いました。無理に衒学めいた表現に頼らずとも、アーティストの方の説明の言葉は本当に正直で、そのまま「解説」として使えるものだと感じます。英語圏で展示されるにしても、「個として全」のパートはそれこそ日本語のままでも良いのではないか、などとも思います。
