Who is polishing the table? is the patron a craftes man who laquers鎌倉彫 articles?
Is it the geisha cleaning the table?
も口のうちに、クルクルと、鎌倉彫の方卓(かくづくえ)を丸く拭きかけるのを、
「ちょっとかしてね」
敏捷(てばや)く布巾を取ると、隅々(すみずみ)まで拭き直して、「どうも御苦労様。寮が遠いんで、一々お運びが大へんでしょう?」
「いいえ。ちっとも行き届きませんで......」

Explanation:
I think you mean "む口”
While he/she was wiping the ( Kamakurahori) table whithout saying a word, .「 "くるくる丸く拭き”means " wiping around- ring movements] she said,
"Can you borrow me this ?"
Quickly she took the wiper and cleaned it more neatly until every edges.
”Thank you(for all your efforts) The domitory is very far, it must be very difficult to carry piece for piece there?
”No, it doesn't get (reach)there.....

a trial- something like this. For "Kamakurahori" I didn't look up in the dic.
