Mr.Sekisui Omori passed away in February. They remember about him in cold winter. "Cold" temperature and "cold" feeling without the auther.

Cinefil-san is correct. LaraS, you need to find where the punctuation? - 'cut' point in the Haiku etc. ( 五七五! )

大森(last name, myo-ji) 積翠(first name) was a poet from Nakajima, Noto peninsula (quite north, cold part of Japan, thus, unending snow field...)

又雪の景：still I'm seeing snow field...
積翠忌: anniversary of the day (the) poet Sekisui (Omori) died
(Takako-san, I believe 忌 itself isn't 'memory' - it's anniversary (of the day someone died))
