It's part of a haiku and I don't know what あらねど refers to.

The compound 'あらねど' consists of the verb 'あり' (in the negative form 'ARA') followed by the negative auxilary (打消しの助動詞)ず (here 'ね' because it is cojnugated into the izenkei form 已然形) and the conjuntive particle (接続助詞)ど that follows the izenkei form of conjugated words.
This compound form may mean 1. (しない)けれども or 2. (しない)のに
