Basically 地積測量図 contains the following information:
（１） 地番 土地の地番です。
分筆の地積測量図では、分筆前の地番と分筆後の地番の両方が記載されている場合と、分筆後の地番だけが記載されている場合があります。
（２） 土地の所在 土地のある場所です。
（３） 縮尺 図面が描かれている縮尺です。
（４） 申請人 登記を申請した人です。
（５） 作製年月日 地積測量図を作成した年月日です。
（６） 作製者 地積測量図を作成した人（土地家屋調査士等）の名前と事務所の所在です。
（７） 方位 方位です。矢印の方向が北を表します。
（８） 測量図 土地を測量した結果が描かれています。
土地の各辺長と隣接地番、境界標の有無やその種類などが描かれています。
（９） 凡例 境界標の種類や基準点などの凡例です。
コンクリート杭やプラスチック杭などをわかりやすい記号で現してあります。
（１０） 求積表 面積の計算方法とその結果です。
分筆の地積測量図には、分筆する部分だけ測量で求め、残りの部分は登記簿や分筆前の地積測量図に記載されていた面積から差し引き計算で求めたものがあります。この場合差し引き計算部分の面積は誤差が大きくなる傾向があります。
２００５年４月以降に測量したものは、分筆後の全筆を測量した結果より計算することになっていますので誤差は少なくなっています。
（１１） 基準点表
引照点表 測量に使用した基準点の座標や、引照点に関する情報です。
引照点とは、境界標が何らかの原因でなくなった場合に、その境界を復元することができるように設置した標識です。
