登記記録のうち、表示に関する登記が記録される部分。

土地の場合は、土地の所在と地番、地目、地積などが記録され、まだ所有権登記がなされていない場合は、所有者の住所、氏名が、共有の場合には住所、氏名に加えて共有者各自の持分が記載される。

建物の場合は、建物の所在、家屋番号、建物の種類、建物の構造、床面積などが記録されている。土地と同様に、まだ所有権登記がなされていない場合は、所有者の住所、氏名が、共有の場合には住所、氏名に加えて共有者各自の持分が記載される。

ひょうだいぶ（ふどうさんとうきぼにおける）

一筆の土地または一個の建物ごとに作成される登記記録のうち、土地・建物に関する物理的状況を表示した表示登記が記載されている部分のこと。

それ以外の権利に関する状況が記載されている部分は、権利部という。権利部はさらに甲区と乙区に分かれる。 So it is not all information about the land/building, it is the display registration part that shows physical situation of land and/or property. As there are no English equivalents for that, there could be several ways to express the meaning of the heading in the document, so I would also suggest "display registration part".
