リーシング means differently in the Real Estate industry. It means an action, which Real Estate people search for new houses (it also called テナントリーシング). In this case, it will be an expansion of 資産(assets) that they own or they have the rights to sell and rent.

So it bascially means that we should actively increase our assets by connecting new house owners to our company(リーシング) , and use an appropreiate strategy to gain the profits from new houses (レバレッジ戦略). Then we could effective gain back our intial investment .

So I think you are right. 資金回収 means recovery of intial investment here.
