In the context of karate.
I'm thinking this is like another grade of 初段 or something?

shadow初段
Explanation:
Just a wild guess. I could not find any information about 裏初段 in the world of karate, but I am guessing it is the level not officially recognized but publicly regarded to be equivalent to the official 初段. (I borrowed "shadow" from the shadow cabinet of UK.)
