I think that saying ¥"two pools with 3 25-meter lanes and 6 25-meter lanes¥" may be confusing, although the Japanese expression looks like this. Since my rendition includes two noun phrases connected with ¥"and¥" (i.e., ¥"a ... Noun and a ... Noun¥"), it refers to the expression in Japanese.
For clarification, in ¥"２５M３コースと２５M６コースの２面のプール¥", both ¥"２５M３コース¥" and ¥"２５M６コースの¥" modifies ¥"プール¥", and, furthermore, ¥"２面の¥" also modifies ¥"プール¥". So, the quantifier ¥"２面の¥" cannot modify ¥"２５M６コースの¥" backwards. If you want the quantifier ¥"２面¥" to modify ¥"２５M６コース¥", the expression has to be ¥"２５M６コース２面のプール¥". Since ¥"２５M６コース¥" and ¥"２面¥" are connected without a conjunct, ¥"２面¥" in this case modifies ¥"２５M６コース¥", and, furthermore, the whole ¥"¥"２５M６コース２面の¥" modiflies ¥"プール¥", which means ¥"two 25-meter 6-lane pools¥".
