Japanese term or phrase:

Method of Testing Dirt, Shives, and Specks in Paper Pulp

Explanation:

Method of Testing Dirt, Shives, and Specks in Paper Pulp"となっています。

I assume that a full analysis of each individual foreign substance is irrelevant in this context.

heterogeneous elements/substances

Explanation:
the definition is from 小学館プログレッシブ 英和中辞典. and i also remember learning about homogeneous/heterogenenous substances in high school...so i assume the definition is correct.

sorry, i forgot to put the word ¥"measurement¥"...so the translation is supposed to be ¥"the measurement of heterogeneous elements/substances¥". and the dictionary that i used was 和英辞典, not 英和辞典.

¥"hyou¥" desuka...
the same dictionary also listed ¥"impurities¥" as the translation of きょう雑物. i hope that helps you a bit more...
