Japanese to Spanish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / Legal document
Japanese term or phrase: (wa) (ne)
Good evening,

I am translating a judgment written in English but from a Japanese court. In it, there are two dates with words in brackets behind them, for which I cannot find a translation as I don't know what they mean.

2007 (ne)
2005 (wa)

What do (ne) and (wa) refer to? Can anybody help me out?

Thank you for your help,
Yolanda.

Explanation:
Bueno, por la información que he encontrado esto son básicamente símbolos que se usan en el número de caso.

2005 (wa) No. 15232 es un numero de caso. Se transcriben igual, así que las puedes dejar como "wa" y "ne".

Los significados (en japonés) aparecen aquí http://d.hatena.ne.jp/misola/20070501

WA: District court. an ordinary (civil) lawsuit.
NE: High Courts. Apellation.

Ejemplos de transcripciones usando Wa

2006(Ne)10039 Appeal Case of Seeking Injunction and Compensation against Patent Infringement
Case Information
Appealed From Tokyo District Court(Case Number: 2004(Wa)23600, 2005(Wa)24177)

Un saludo.
