Kirghiz term or phrase: I said ?Karymechkie djakse? And she asks me: ?Sierekie kotak djakse??

This is an excerpt from a diary of a Polish slave laborer in Kazakhstan during the Second World War. To give you a little context, he entered a yurt where he saw a naked woman. After they said the phrases to each other, they proceeded to make love.

I apologize if this is embarrasing to you, but it is the way it is in the man's journal and I feel I have an obligation to translate it.

I would appreciate a translation into English or Polish, if you can, as well as the proper transliteration.
