Of course I need to get familiar with these games myself to really see it
but I see how your explanation can make sense.

That's why you have to be careful when you translate "command" into other language. Depending on a situation of game, you've got to choose more specific word. Okay?

One more thing, 해제 means to "unlock". That's right. Also, 해제 means that you can use some function because it is "해제", "unlocked". Right? But again, depending on a circumstance, "해제" means "disable". Can you explain why you interpreted 커맨드 as "Skill"?
Also 해제 means to "unlock" so if you put "enable" it becomes
the opposite meaning.
I can see your sentence makes sense on its own "Right-click to lock a skill". If you can provide any previous example you saw somewhere, it would be very helpful.
