agree  Will Matter: I can read hangul and I would romanize this as 'Kuk Sung Ah'.

  -> Thanks. Usually, 'k' is pronounced 'ㅋ', 'g' is pronounced 'ㄱ'. But Kuk for 국 is just fine.
