It appears to me that the Koreans and Japanese have far more in common than either people is willing to admit. Based on common practice in the English language I find the use of the comma suggested by both iWill and HOON Chang (or CHANG Hoon) to be in error. The comma has a very specific use in English when applied to a person's name. It signals, namely, that the sur- and given names have been reversed. Writing Park, Ha-Yong would indicate that the true name is Ha-Yong Park, when in fact it is Park Ha-Yong. By way of example I will write an English bibliography that organizes fictitious East Asian and Western names by surname.

Because Joon Nam Oh (or Oh Joon Nam) is likely a Brazilian living in Brazil, I will now make the assumption that his Korean name is Oh Joon-Nam, and that his Brazilian name is Joon Nam Oh. May I also wager that HOON Chang's (or CHANG Hoon's) Korean name is Chang Hoon, that he is of Chinese descent, and that in a somewhat misguided effort to please Western readers he has reversed the order of his names on the ProZ.com website. Many Koreans, when they use the passport, used to change his name (sequence) from Family name- name to name-family name considering English name. My name was Oh Joon Nam in Korea, but through my passport its sequence had changed as Joon Nam Oh. Hoon Chang should be also the same case.
And the most of family name '박' is written as 'Park' instead of 'Bak'. I think it's like a kind of habit or something like that. My name also should be 'Oh Jun Nam' according to Brazilian spelling, but I think 'Joon' is clearer than '
