Bus/Financial - Marketing / Market Research | | Korean term or phrase: 점유율 | I translated it as "market share" but not sure if I can use this word
to mean a company's percentage of another company's sale.
Sample sentence is:
Director인 'Amy'는 성장은 정체 중이나 현재 당사 sales의 20%를 차지하는 'H 마트'보다 현재 당사 점유율은 높지 않으나 성장율이 높은 'A' 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 집중 투자한다.
My translation:
Amy, a Sales Director, concentrates her effort into a rapidly growing online store, ‘A’ where his company has a lower market share rather than ‘H Mart’, a stagnant online store where his company’s products make up 20% of the sales. |
